LATE PAYMENTS (Delinquency) and NON-PAYMENT:

Delinquency and non-payment of tuition and all other fees constitutes a serious breach of parent’s/guardian’s obligation to the school. Parents/guardians will be responsible for all costs of collection, including court expenses and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Payment of tuition and/or fees will be considered delinquent if payment is more than 15 days past due or two failed withdrawal attempts, whichever comes first. The parent/guardian will be expected to communicate with and respond to administration regarding an acceptable date to bring account balance to current status within 30 days of original due date. If tuition and/or other fees due are delinquent more than 30 days and/or an acceptable alternative arrangement has not been approved by the school administration, then the student(s) will not be eligible to participate in school events, extra-curricular activities or receive academic instruction or services from the school until all payments have been brought current. Student absences due to non-payment may result in an automatic withdrawal from the school.

Families may not have tuition delinquencies three or more times during any one school year. Families that fail to consistently meet their tuition obligations by their set due date may be subject to dismissal from the school and/or prohibited from registering their child(ren) for the following school year. This includes prohibiting families with delinquent tuition from submitting an Intent to Return. Unsuccessful withdrawals on the first attempt for families with habitual delinquencies may forfeit their student’s spot for the following year.

Additionally, families with delinquent tuition or fees will not be able to complete the re-enrollment process for the following year until all delinquent fees are brought current. If the deadline to complete the re-enrollment process passes before delinquency is brought current and the re-enrollment packet is not submitted, the student’s spot may be forfeited to a student on the wait list.
