St. Edward holds a very special place in my heart. I’ve been a part of this community since baptism, attended school here from preschool through 8th grade, remained involved in the church’s youth ministry program through high school and into college, and even worked in the church office throughout high school. I attribute a great deal of the person I am today to my experiences as a part of the truly special community that is St. Edward.

After graduation from St. Edward in 1999, I continued on to Dana Hills High School, and then Concordia University Irvine to obtain my B.A. in Communications. After utilizing my degree in the hospitality industry, I felt a true calling to education and I was hired as a preschool teacher at St. Edward. While teaching preschool, I was working toward a multiple subject credential and M. Ed from national University. I left St. Edward briefly to complete student teaching and returned in 2015 to teach TYKE, 3rd grade STEM, and preschool. This will always be a second home to me and I feel so blessed to continue my journey as a part of this incredible community. I can only hope to give my students a piece of all that I’ve received.
