Individualized Learning Plans

Individualized Learning Plans (ILP) are created for our learners in preschool-8th who exhibit or have a documented need for classroom accommodations. ILPs are a non-legally binding document which allows for communication throughout the year and for years to come. It is an effective tool to have in place if a child needs accommodations since it carries over to next year's teacher and allows him/her to know exactly how to help the child from the start. ILPs are typically updated two times a year and additional meetings are on an as needed basis.
