Please complete the payment form below to purchase your meal tickets, adult beverage and Bingo cards. Daubers will be provided. 8th grade will be selling drinks (sodas and water) and dessert that evening to contribute to their class gift. Meal tickets are available for advanced purchase only, as this event is expected to sell out. Pre-purchase Bingo cards at $3 per card or $10 for 4. Additional Bingo cards may be purchased at the event for $4 per card.
All students who attend Monarch Giving Night will receive a Comfy Cozy Day Pass to be used the following day.
In order to give us time to properly prepare for this event, all payment forms must be submitted by Wednesday, November 12th.
