2023-2024 Preschool Program Change Form

Program change requests must be submitted using the online Change Request Form at least 2 weeks in advance and can only take effect at the beginning of any month. Program change requests can only be honored if space is available.

We understand life changes occur, therefore we will allow one (1) program change per year. This includes any changes such as from two half days to two full days or five full days to three half days. Each subsequent program change requested, after the one allowable per year, will incur a $100 administrative fee.
