EXTENDED DAY PAYMENT & FEES

Registration Fees: A registration fee of $65 per family will be assessed through the FACTS tuition account upon confirmation of this registration form for Unlimited and Hourly Payment Plans. If you have an older child registered in the TYKE-8 Eday Program, payment will covered under that registration fee. Registration fees are non-refundable.

E-Day Payment Plan Options

We have 3 plan options to choose from: Unlimited, Hourly Scheduled or Drop-In. 

Unlimited: This option allows your child to attend any or all days he/she is scheduled to attend the preschool program.   Registration fee required. Eday fees will be billed monthly and collected through FACTS.

• 2 Days/Week/Child: $203/Month
• 3 Days/Week/Child: $305/Month
• 5 Days/Week/Child: $500/Month

Hourly Schedule: Families choosing this option must select a consistent schedule at the time of registration of  their child's eday attendance. Cancellation notification must be made at least 4 hours in advance. Changes to the schedule must be requested at lease one month in advance. Time is calculated to the nearest quarter hour. Eday fees will be billed monthly and collected through FACTS.

Hourly Drop-In: This option allows your child to attend Eday on an as-needed basis, provided space is available. Time is calculated to the nearest quarter hour. Eday fees will be billed monthly and collected through FACTS.

• $19.50/Hour/Child

ENROLLMENT CONTRACT

REGISTRATION FEES: Registration Fee is required for both the Unlimited and Hourly Payment Plans. It is non-refundable and due at the time of enrollment in the E-Day Program. Eday registration will be collected through FACTS. No Registration Fee is required for families using the "Drop-In" Plan.

PAYMENT PLAN FEES: All Plan Fees are collected through FACTS.

The Unlimited Plan includes all morning and afternoon Eday hours for regular school days, early dismissal days, minimum days, and special schedule days. Famililes are allowed to opt our and opt back into the Unlimited Plan only twice during the school year.

The Hourly and Drop-In Plans are based on the total number of hours a student attends during a one-month period. Time in and out is rounded to the nearest quarter hour for calculating purposes.

CHANGE IN PAYMENT PLAN OPTION: Families will be allowed to change their payment plan option only 2 times during the school year from August to April. The family must give at least 10 days advance notification of the date of change.

NON-NOTIFICATION FEE: A Non-Notification Fee of $10.00 per day of attendance will be charged if a parent habitually fails to give St. Edward the Confessor Extended School Day Childcare Program at least two hours advance notification on the day of attendance.

LATE PICK-UP FEE: A Late Pick-Up Fee of $1.00 per minute per child will be charged if your child is not picked up by 6:00 pm.

LATE PAYMENT FEE: A Late Payment Fee of $25 will be charged by FACTS in accordance with the company's terms and conditions.

RETURNED CHECK FEE: A Returned Check Fee of $25 will be charged for any dishonored check returned by the bank.

NON-PAYMENT OF TUITION AND FEES: Non-payment of tuition and all other fees constitutes a serious breach of parent's/guardian's obligations to the St. Edward the Confessor Extended School Day Childcare Program. Parents/Guardians will be responsible for all costs of collection, including court expenses and reasonable attorney fees. Non-payment of tuition and all other fees in excess of forty days past the due date will result in suspension of the student from the E-Day Program until such payments are received. Non-payment of tuition and all other fees in excess of ninety days past the due date will result in termination of the student from the E-Day Program.

COMPLIANCE WITH RULES: We/I acknowledge and agree that continued enrollment at St. Edward the Confessor Extended School Day Childcare Program is contingent upon our family complying with all school rules and regulations, including those outlined in the Extended School Day Childcare Handbook.

DISMISSAL OF STUDENT: We/I hereby acknowledge and agree that St. Edward the Confessor Extended School Day Childcare Program is an extension of the school, and is guided by the school’s discipline policy. Continued disregard of program rules and regulations will result in dismissal from the program.
