Due:
Tuesday May 26th Tic Tac Toe
Instructions: In Tic Tac Toe, one player is the X and one player is the O. The goal is to get three of the same letters in a row in any direction. Each player alternates going. See if you can find a strategy that helps you win the game. Each square that you put an X or an O in you must complete the exercise before the other person goes. Each player will have several exercises to complete each round!
Play 10 games of Tic-Tac-Toe using the board that we give you as the example or come up with your own tic-tac-toe board with the blank one attached! You can come up with a different board each round consisting of different exercises or you can use the same board each round as long as you complete 10 rounds!
Enjoy and have fun! Make sure to do the warm up before and cool down after!
Due:
Fun Day Friday! May 29th
* Frisbee golf - create a course with five holes or more. With a family member, start at hole one and count how many tosses of a frisbee or similar object it takes to hit your first target. Leave the target of hole one and count the tosses to hit the target of hole two. Continue doing this until you complete at least 5 holes, then do the course a second time. Record how many tosses it took to complete your course TWICE. Good luck!
* Hit the trail - Put up at least five of your favorite exercise post-its around your home and do the exercises each time you come to that location. How many reps of your favorite post-it did you do in one day?
* Towel exercises - Watch the video below and do the towel exercises for 20 minutes. What was your resting heart rate when you started and your active heart rate when you finished.
We miss you a bunch and look forward to seeing you soon!!! We through in some assignments that were our favorite. See attached links if you want to give those another try. Enjoy!

511 Physical Education - Paper Plate/Towel Assignment
Today we have a fun and creative activity for you to try at home. We are using some household items that you may have around your house such as paper plates and towels. There are two activities to choose from or you can do both! You can use different items that are similar if you don't have one such as a sweatshirt instead of a towel or socks instead of paper plates. Be as creative as you want.
There are two videos to watch for the two different activities. Please see the attachment for the video links. Mr. Ignosci and Mrs. Beane participated in them as well! Have fun and complete the exit-ticket along with the assignment or feel free to upload a picture/video of you completing the assignment. If you come up with something new make sure to share! Complete by Friday May 15th @ 3:30 PM.
Miss you all SO MUCH!

4/27 Physical Education - Deck of Cards Activity
Please see the attached document for instruction. This "deck of cards" activity would be fun to include a family member to participate with you. You can choose your own exercises or use the ones that we have recommended for you. This is all about being active and challenging yourself, so if the exercises are easy you can change them to harder more challenging exercises that you know. For example, instead of crunches you could do a plank or instead of air squats you could do alternating lunges.
