Readers will be presenting their Google Slide Presentations tomorrow during their ELA class. Please see this week's newsletter for times. Learners do not need to have their slides memorized but should be able to speak clearly and knowledgably about their slides WITHOUT reading from the slide the entire time. Presenters will be graded on content and presentation (volume, eye contact, presence). Learners have been given multiple opportunities to practice in class and are encouraged to practice at home. I have attached an anchor chart on how to teach well, as well as the checklist that learners received prior to beginning their presentations.

Learners will also be asked to apply knowledge of when to use an apostrophe and to identify the simple subject and simple predicate of a sentence.
