Hey! My name is Jessie Corsey, and I'm so excited to join the team at St. Edward the Confessor Parish School as a school counselor. I have worked for the Catholic Church and School in a variety of roles from Director of Youth Ministry to teacher to school counselor. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Barton College in Wilson, NC while on scholarship for soccer. I have my Master's of Arts in Teaching Physical Education and Health from East Carolina University and I most recently graduated from Divine Mercy University in Sterling, VA with my Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I view counseling through a Catholic Christian Meta-Model of flourishing in the whole person. I look forward to bring my collaborative experiences here to walk with parents, students, faculty, and staff as we cultivate a culture of learning and encounter.
