***INDEPENDENT READING***
Since we read so much as a class this trimester, I've eased up on the AR requirements. For the Independent Reading portion of their Literature grade, all students need to take and pass 4 AR tests:
- Navigating Early
- Moon over Manifest
- Witch of Blackbird Pond
- their other Summer Reading selection
Each student has 2 chances to earn a passing grade. If any scores need to be cancelled for a retest, you need to tell Ms. Filipek BEFORE Thursday at 3:30 so the system can be reset. Students have time during class, during breaks, and after school to complete this requirement. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE AND PLAN AHEAD! Deadline is 3:30 pm sharp to make the report card!
