Our School Halloween Costume Parade will be on Monday, October 31st at 8:30AM.
Certain guidelines must be followed or parents will be called and asked to bring their child an appropriate costume or school uniform.
The guidelines are as follows:
- No weapons of any kind.
- No masks of any kind.
- No devil or satanic costumes.
- No blood or gruesome face make-up.
- No costume that may scare a primary grade student.
- No inflatable costumes.
- No short skirts allowed - if an appropriate length skirt or dress is worn, shorts must be worn underneath it.
- No spaghetti strap tops without a sweater or jacket to cover the shoulders.
- No mid-drifts (zero tolerance).
- No bare backs (zero tolerance).
- Shoes must be worn at all times.
- No risque costumes - keep covered what is meant to be covered!
- No clothing which expresses alcohol, sex, violence, and/or drug motifs.
- No costumes from media (T.V., movies, etc.) that are not consistent with Catholic values and morals.
- We encourage all students to dress up. However, if you are not comfortable dressing up, please show your school spirit by wearing Halloween colors.
