Welcome Day 2023
Our annual school year kick off event, Welcome Day, is scheduled for Friday, August 18th. This is the day class lists will be posted in the MPR, students can drop off their school supplies, parents can obtain fingerprinting and more.
School Supply Drop Off
If you are using Welcome Day as an opportunity to drop off your child's school supplies in order to lighten your load on the first day of school:
- All grades: Supplies must be in a disposable bag labeled with your child's first and last name and grade.
- Preschool - Kindergarten: Parents and students in these grade levels are invited to a Meet & Greet from 9:30am - 10:30am in the child's assigned homeroom. Meet the teacher, see the classroom and drop off school supplies. Click Here.
- 1st - 8th grade: Supplies may only be dropped off in the hallway, outside the classroom door. Please do not knock on the classroom doors. Teachers will be finalizing preparations for the first day of school and will not be available for a meet and greet.
PLANNING ON VOLUNTEERING?
All volunteers who work directly with students must be fingerprinted through the Diocese of Orange.
Fingerprinting: All adults who will be working/volunteering with or around children during school functions are required to go through the fingerprinting process and be vetted. If you choose to get your fingerprinting done at school during Welcome Day, we will have your official form ready for you at the check in table on the 18th. Diocesan schools have a higher clearance requirement than typical locations. The cost of the fingerprinting is $55. Cash or charge is accepted.

The fingerprinting form below (or can be obtained at the school office) must be completed and submitted to the school in order to be transcribed onto the official Live Scan triplicate form.
To expedite the process during Welcome Day, please bring the completed form to the school office no later than Wednesday, August 16th to allow staff time to prepare the triplicate form needed at the time of fingerprinting. Your triplicate form will be ready for pick up by Welcome Day.
