PAYMENT & FEES

Registration Fees: A registration fee of $65 per family will be assessed through the FACTS tuition account upon confirmation of this registration form for Unlimited and Hourly Payment Plans. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Payment Plan Options

We have 3 plan options to choose from: Unlimited, Hourly or Drop-In. Please choose only ONE option below.

1. Unlimited: The Unlimited Plan is most cost effective for families who need childcare an average of 38 hours or more per month for one child, and an average of 60 hours or more per month for two children. Please enter the name and grade of each child below. Registration fee required. Eday fees will be billed monthly and collected by FACTS.

2. Hourly: The Hourly Plan is based on the total number of hours a student attends during a one-month period. Parents are to give advance notification of their child’s attendance. If a child’s attendance is known a monthly Tally Sheet is available on the school website to facilitate scheduling. The Tally Sheet is due one week prior to the month of the student's attendance. If a child’s attendance is unknown advance notification is requested at least one week before attendance. Please enter the name and grade of each child below. Registration fee required. Eday fees will be billed monthly and collected by FACTS. 

3. Drop In: The Drop-in Plan is for occasional attendance or emergency situations. Please enter the name and grade of each child below. No registration fee. Eday fees will be billed monthly and collected by FACTS.

ENROLLMENT CONTRACT

REGISTRATION FEES: Registration Fee is required for both the Unlimited and Hourly Payment Plans. It is non-refundable and due at the time of enrollment in the E-Day Program. Eday registration will be collected through FACTS. No Registration Fee is required for families using the "Drop-In" Plan.

PAYMENT PLAN FEES: All Plan Fees are collected through FACTS.

The Unlimited Plan includes all morning and afternoon Eday hours for regular school days, early dismissal days, minimum days, and special schedule days. The Unlimited Plan rates are based on 180 school days and two full-days divided into 10 equal payments.

The Unlimited Plan Fee is due one month prior to the student’s attendance. All fees are collected through FACTS on the same day as the school tuition.

The Hourly Plan is based on the total number of hours a student attends during a one-month period. Parents are to give advance notification of their child’s attendance. The number of hours attended are totaled up at the end of the month. The fee for that month is calculated and charged through FACTS within the first seven days of the following month with the exception of the last month of school. June’s fee is collected by FACTS within seven days after the last day of school.

The Drop-in Plan is based on the total number of hours a student attends during a one-month period. The number of hours attended are totaled up at the end of the month. The fee for that month is calculated and charged through FACTS within the first seven days of the following month with the exception of the last month of school. June’s fee is collected by FACTS within seven days after the last day of school.

CHANGE IN PAYMENT PLAN OPTION: Families will be allowed to change their payment plan option 1 time during the school year from August to April. The family must give at least 10 days advance notification of the date of change.

NON-NOTIFICATION FEE: A Non-Notification Fee of $10.00 per day of attendance will be charged if a parent habitually fails to give St. Edward the Confessor Extended School Day Childcare Program at least two hours advance notification on the day of attendance.

LATE PICK-UP FEE: A Late Pick-Up Fee of $1.00 per minute per child will be charged if your child is not picked up by 6:00 pm.

LATE PAYMENT FEE: A Late Payment Fee will be charged by FACTS in accordance with the company's terms and conditions.

NON-PAYMENT OF TUITION AND FEES: Non-payment of tuition and all other fees constitutes a serious breach of parent's/guardian's obligations to the St. Edward the Confessor Extended School Day Childcare Program. Parents/Guardians will be responsible for all costs of collection, including court expenses and reasonable attorney fees. Non-payment of tuition and all other fees in excess of forty days past the due date will result in suspension of the student from the E-Day Program until such payments are received. Non-payment of tuition and all other fees in excess of ninety days past the due date will result in termination of the student from the E-Day Program.

COMPLIANCE WITH RULES: We/I acknowledge and agree that continued enrollment at St. Edward the Confessor Extended School Day Childcare Program is contingent upon our family complying with all school rules and regulations, including those outlined in the Extended School Day Childcare Handbook.

DISMISSAL OF STUDENT: We/I hereby acknowledge and agree that St. Edward the Confessor Extended School Day Childcare Program is an extension of the school, and is guided by the school’s discipline policy. Continued disregard of program rules and regulations will result in dismissal from the program.
