Dear 4th Grade Parents,

Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year! I am so grateful to be a part of the 4th Grade Team and teach wonderful learners who are eager to participate, experiment, and grow this year!

I am very blessed to be a member of The Parish School as the 4th grade STEM teacher! I joined The Parish School family from Utah where I taught 4th grade at St. Joseph Catholic Elementary while earning my Masters degree. Then, I moved back to California where I was born and raised. Growing up, my family was active in the community through St. Killian’s parish, Serra Catholic Elementary (alumna), and Santa Margarita Catholic High School (alumna). I come to this community with an enthusiasm for STEM and learning, and I am so happy to have the opportunity to work with the 4th graders at The Parish School this year!

I am eager to partner with you throughout the year to provide wonderful learning opportunities for the learners. Throughout the year, we will have many occasions for parent volunteers to come in the classroom and help with math centers, STEM labs, and more!

Thank you for all you do for your children and the school. I am excited to have a great year in 4th grade with you and the learners!

Always learning,

Mary Catherine Driscoll
