Highlights:
- Execute Reading Workshop as a method of teaching reading that uses a workshop approach. Model a literature-based instructional approach in which learners read self-selected, high-interest books, and respond to books from different genres on a variety of topics.
- Facilitate Writing Workshop, an interdisciplinary writing technique which can build learners' fluency in writing through continuous, repeated exposure to the process of writing.
- Responsibilities include prevention, intervention, transition and follow-up services for students with learning differences. Provide direct services for all children, especially those who are experiencing problems that create barriers to learning.
- Contributed to services provided by a means of education in reading readiness, writing, language development, and children’s literature.
