Curriculum Vitae

My name is Caren Liuzzi I have been a teaching Art for 30 years. My teaching experience extends from Kindergarten to College Level. I have enjoyed teaching in both Private and Public Schools. For the past 30 years I have been teaching here at the Parish school at Saint Edward. In 1996 I helped implement the Art Masters Program here at Saint Edward. In 2001, in addition to Art Masters I was asked to come on board as the on site Art Teacher. The fine arts program has expanded to a completely integrated visual art curriculum. In 2018 I began the ceramics program complete with 2 pottery wheels and kiln.  I attended Long Beach State University where I studied Art History and Art Method. My Senior Year I spent studying in both in Italy and France. Upon returning from Europe I began my teaching career. Family has been a high priority. I took a break from my teaching to raise my two sons with my husband.
