ReEnrollment Instructions

To access Re-enrollment Packet Online:
  • Please go to www.factsmgt.com
  • Select Family Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
  • The District Code is sec-ca.
  • Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your password, please click on the link provided to reset your password. 
  • After logging in, click on Family in the left menu.
  • Click on the Apply/Enroll
  • Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment link.
 
Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your student. Should you have received this email in error or no longer wish to re-enroll a student, you may click on the "Will Not Enroll" link. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
 
Once in your child's reenrollment packet, you must click on each of the menu items on the left hand side to verify and/or update the information. The menu items will display a green check mark when to indicate it is complete. Please take the time to verify the accuracy of your personal information such as address, phone, email, emergency contacts and preferences. If you have moved or would like to add/delete emergency contacts, please do so at this time. 
 
For the menu item, FACTS Tuition Account, if there may already be a green check mark if it kept your bank or credit card account information on file. If information is showing and you need to make a change, you must contact Cindy Celotto at [email protected] before submitting the re-enrollment packet. If your financial account information is not already in there, please complete that section, as the system will not allow you to submit the enrollment packet without all green check marks.
 
The final menu item, Enrollment Packet Review, is a required menu item. This tab will take you to the submit and pay button. Your enrollment packet will not be considered complete if it is not submitted. You will receive an email verifying the enrollment packet has been submitted. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please return to the enrollment packet to make sure each menu item has a green check mark. The Enrollment Packet Review menu item sometimes gets overlooked. Please be sure to click on that menu item to submit the packet.
