The Coder School

What are the benefits of kids learning to code?

Coding helps students gain computer proficiency and build real-world problem-solving skills. Exploring technology is essential for computer literacy. Building fundamental coding skills encourages creativity, promotes teamwork, and enhances spatial intelligence and logical thinking skills. Kids of all ages can learn computer science. If your child is interested in data science or machine learning, a self-paced course in computer programming can help pave their path.
Beginners Coding Class will take place on Tuesdays.

Designed for intermediate/advanced coders, this class builds upon the fundamentals of programming introduced in the Beginner 2D Game Development Coding Class.  There will be a review of core concepts at the beginning of the session. Students create animations, games, and stories while learning about variables, loops, conditional statements, and creativity. Each session features new and exciting projects—no coding project is ever repeated! Whether your child is new or a returning student, this course offers fresh opportunities to build their skills and creativity. Don’t just play video games—learn how to make them!

Spaces are limited, so don’t miss out! We look forward to another great semester of coding fun with your child. Intermediate/Advanced Coding class takes place on Wednewsdays.
