In our continuous effort to meet the needs of all our families, we are offering an optional distance learning platform to those families with students who are unable to attend in-class school because of underlying health issues or the family is uncomfortable sending their child to school due to COVID-19 related concerns. This option is available to families in K – 8th Grade. With this additional learning model option, it is imperative for us to know how many students are opting for 100% online learning. Families choosing the distance learning option must commit to this model through the end of the trimester. The first trimester ends December 4, 2020.
Why is completing this registration form imperative?
Offering multiple learning options requires careful planning in order to maintain proper social distancing for those students attending in-person and to evenly distribute teacher to student ratios. Additionally, with attendance requirements, teachers and staff need to know who to expect to be on campus and who will join virtually.
Is there a tuition discount for the online distance learning option?
No. Tuition is the same regardless of the learning model.
In order to ensure students are properly placed and teachers can prepare their classrooms, please complete this registation form no later than Friday, August 21st. If we do not receive this form by the deadline we will assume you are opting for 100% in-person learning.
