Presently we are in the process of planning for the 2019-2020 academic year including our staffing plan, enrollment forecast, and tuition structure. We continue to be recognized for our community strength, commitment and academic excellence. We are blessed to have a strong enrollment, and in many grades, a wait list of families wanting to enroll their children. The Intent to Return gives our current families the opportunity to declare their intentions for the 2019-2020 school year. The Intent to Return submissions also allow our administration and finance committee to more accurately develop the operating budget for the next school year.
We hope to share our tuition forecast with you in March. As such, we will require all families to complete and submit an “Intention Form”. If you intend to return, there is a $300 non-refundable deposit (per family, not per child) to temporarily secure your child’s (children’s) spot(s) for the upcoming school year. This non-refundable $300 deposit will be applied to and deducted from your registration balance during the time of registration some time in April.
It is necessary to obtain this form to better budget and determine the number of applicants we can accept for the next school year. If we do not receive your Intention Form and payment by the deadline, we are not obligated to hold your child/ren’s spot and if there is availability we reserve the right to either not fill the spot or to offer that spot to a family who is on the waiting list.
There are two ways to submit your Intent to Return
1. Online form for those families who:
a. Wish to pay their $300 deposit through their FACTS Account.
b. Do not intend to return to The Parish School at St. Edward the Confessor in the Fall of 2019.
2. Paper form for those families who wish to pay the deposit via check. Credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee.
The intention process opens on Thursday, January 3, 2019 and ends on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. Your deposit secures your child(ren)'s spot through the last day of our upcoming registration.
If you are interested in enrolling a sibling not currently in the school and have submitted an application, please add the student's name and upcoming grade to the intent form. A completed application along with the required documents and fee must be submitted to the front office for any learner not currently at The Parish School in order to be considered for enrollment.
For those wishing to pay the $300 deposit in person, please obtain the paper version of the Intent Form from the school office.
