In this engaging lecture, he will address how parents can raise confident, productive, and self-reliant young men and women. Tailored for parents with elementary and middle school-aged children, specific topics he will address are:
- The factors driving the growing epidemic of unmotivated boys and underachieving young men
- The factors driving the new crisis for girls which is threatening both heir mental and physical health
An optional fellowship dinner event will start at 5:30 PM ($10 pp) in the Makerspace, followed by a FREE presentation from 7:00 – 8:30 PM in the Parish Church. All are welcome – please invite friends, neighbors and family – as this important parenting event will be open to all!
To maximize engagement, we highly encourage attendees to read at least one of his books ahead of time so that you can be prepared to answer questions or address any of your own concerns. Although he has authored four books, we recommend reading Girls on the Edge and/or Boys Adrift first:
